Comment (by kencu):

 The committed fix does not technically fix the build of guile 2.2.2 on
 PPC, but it does fix the issue where the guile port does not install on
 PPC by substituting 2.0.14. We may or may not be able to fix 2.2.2
 building on PPC over time.
