 It apparently has python bindings. I'm wondering is we need to either add
 variants for python 3.6 and python 2.7 or make this more like a python
 module and have it be named pyXY-splinter (e.g. py36-splinter) instead.
 There probably needs to at least be a runtime dependency on python.
 Thoughts?

 Can the homepage be changed to something like
 https://splinter.readthedocs.io/en/latest/# ?
