 Yes remove the redundant `-d2`. No need for it. My bad.

 The updates to cmake are committed, so cmake and cmake devel seem to be
 working now with Xcode 9 & should recognize and correctly find (without
 warnings) Boost 1.65.1 (and earlier).

 If you have the time to deal with rev-bumps, then please make it so
 whenever you can!
