 Ken, are you willing to commit the changes, please? We can continue
 discussing the test cases after that (either here or in a separate ticket
 or upstream). I don't see any major problem with the failures if they even
 fail on Sierra. Sure, they need to be fixed at some point, but let's get
 the compiler working to start with.
