 The creation of [https://github.com/macports/macports-
 ports/commit/ff4c4bd6219f166b85c82c44eecb909dd3ae08b3#diff-
 e5a8d1cf5b9a0eebaf9e2ad93a9867b9 libgcc6]
 seems to have created some difficulties with the
 [https://github.com/macports/macports-
 ports/blob/master/_resources/port1.0/group/compilers-1.0.tcl compilers
 PortGroup], so this problem probably goes beyond octave.
