 This really needs to get done. Apache 2.2 is ancient and has now been end-
 of-lifed as of June 2017. I'm not an expert on doing this, or I'd do it
 myself. I just don't have the time to learn it all. Regardless, this is a
 big hole in MacPorts support, so hopefully someone can take this on and
 get apache2 migrated to 2.4. With as many smart people as there are around
 here, I'm going to go out on a limb and say someone here could get it done
 in a weekend.
