 This error is popping up here and there now in other ports as well. The
 `/usr/include/MacTypes.h` file appeared in 10.8, and it's starting to be
 more commonly used.

 I wonder if I should make a link for it in SnowLeopardFixes... or a dummy
 header that include_next's the other.

 Anyway, see the fix in `jack` for one approach to this.
