 pyswap development has migrated to  github as part of
 [https://github.com/panStamp/python_tools panStamp/python_tools ].

 If there's still interest in this port, it can be updated from the
 python_tools repo or port py-swap could be declared obsolete replaced by
 something like py-swap-python-tools based on the new repo. Latest python-
 tools version is 3.1.3.

 In any case, not useful as is.
