 Hello! from a quick glance the submission looks OK. in the file
 pdb2pqr.patch​, the prefix is hardcoded to /opt/local (and it shouldn't
 be). Use a placeholder like {{{ @@PREFIX@@ }}} and replace it inside a {{{
 reinplace }}} block in the portfile.
