 Sorry the issue stated above is fixed now:)
 The sollution was in this ticket: https://trac.macports.org/ticket/38639

 For later use:
 You have to open the file source/lib/tls.tls.c to remove the functions
 gnutls_certificate_type_set_priority and gnutls_transport_set_lowat.\\

 And you can find that file in
 /opt/local/var/macports/build/****_net_samba4/samba4/ .....
