 Since Windows 10/Server/etc patches released February/March 2018,
 [[https://github.com/FreeRDP/FreeRDP/issues/4449|FreeRDP 2.0.0-rc1 is
 unable to connect to RDP servers that need NLA (Network Level
 Authentication)]] (see also
 [[https://github.com/FreeRDP/FreeRDP/issues/4502|related issue]]).  These
 issues have been resolved upstream
 ([[https://github.com/FreeRDP/FreeRDP/pull/4487|fix #1]],
 [[https://github.com/FreeRDP/FreeRDP/issues/4502|fix #2]]).

 There is a newer 2.0.0-rc2 [[https://github.com/FreeRDP/FreeRDP/releases
 release]] candidate, which I ''think'' will include these two patches
 (tagged April 2018; fixes went in late March 2018).  Linux distributions
 (eg, [[https://tracker.debian.org/news/941834/accepted-
 freerdp2-200git2017072511648debdfsg1-7bpo91-source-into-stretch-
 backports/|Debian Stretch]]) have made releases including these patches
 (picked straight from git in the case of Debian it seems, but they were
 very quick to release an updated version).

 Would it be possible to upgrade the MacPorts FreeRDP port to at least
 2.0.0-rc2, which will hopefully include this fix?
