 Thanks for the very prompt turn around.  For the record I can confirm that
 FreeRDP 2.0.0-rc2 built from MacPorts does connect again to a NLA-enabled
 Windows Server that was failing with FreeRDP 2.0.0-rc1.  So the upstream
 fix is clearly included in -rc2.
