 When I attempt to build wxWidgets-2.8, I see this error:

 Error: Failed to fetch wxWidgets-2.8: wxWidgets-2.8 cannot be built on
 macOS >= 10.7 with Xcode >= 4.4; please use port wxWidgets-3.0 or
 wxgtk-2.8 instead
 }}}

 I'm not sure how this will work on a modern macOS.
