 I checked out the opensc master, and when I ran `./configure` with no
 arguments, the output included the line
 {{{
 checking xsl-stylesheets... no
 }}}
 and no manpages were generated. When I added the configure argument
 `--with-xsl-stylesheetsdir=/opt/local/share/xsl/docbook-xsl-nons`, as the
 Portfile does, the stylesheets were found, and the pkcs11-tool manpage was
 generated correctly. So, I don't think the problem you are now
 experiencing is a bug in MacPorts.
