 seem to be the latest as well:

 {{{
 ~> port installed ld64 cctools
 The following ports are currently installed:
   cctools @895_6+xcode (active)
   ld64 @3_1+ld64_xcode (active)
 }}}

 doing an uninstall and clean, followed by {{{ sudo port -vst install
 py37-numpy }}} didn't help either.
