 What OSX version are folks having issues on?

 `py*-numpy +gfortran` built from source works for me on 10.12. Haven't
 tried this on other OSX versions, but I can easily do so; I do "import
 numpy; numpy.test()" on all OSX I have around &.it works about the same on
 all of them. All built from source.
