 py-dolfin: temporarily remove py37-dolfin

 py37-dolfin depends on nonexistent ports
 py37-dijitso, py37-ffc, and py37-ufl.

 Creating these ports necessitates creating a
 python37 variant for dolfin, which is going to take a little time.

 Do not use replaced_by since py37-dolfin could never by installed.
