 Last update on PyPI for any of these packages seems to be about 7 years
 ago... Since you opened this ticket two years ago there has been no
 comment to this ticket, so probably nobody is interested in maintaining it
 or at least making sure it will work on Python 2.7 or Python 3. I don't
 see the point of leaving this obsolete ports in the tree so am in favor of
 retiring them - please do!
