 Thanks, I can confirm both of those work for me in 64-bit wine. And I can
 confirm the 32-bit version of vkQuake doesn't work, and that Metal
 requires 64-bit. That's sad. If I had known that, I wouldn't have spent so
 much time making MoltenVK build on 32-bit! Guess I should remove the
 32-bit support from it again, since it serves no purpose.
