 py-repoze.[what/who]-*: remove ports

 - py26-only ports have been broken for a while, with no interest in
     fixing the issue
 - there are no dependents
 - last updates by upstream seem ~7 years ago so development has stopped
     and newer Python versions are presumably not supported
