 hold on -- I do have gtkdocize:
 {{{
 $ which gtkdocize
 /opt/local/bin/gtkdocize

 $ port provides /opt/local/bin/gtkdocize
 /opt/local/bin/gtkdocize is provided by: gtk-doc

 }}}
 so I suppose that is why `glib2` builds for me without any troubles.
