 The p5.26-net-pcap port cannot be installed if libpcap 1.9.0 is installed.
 Multiple issues will prevent the build to take place.

 A patch already [https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1612860]
 exist.

 I'll try to do a Pull Request including this patch.
