 Hi ports,

 I'm having trouble installing Bowtie2 on my Mac (OSX 10.14.1). I'm getting
 the error:

 Error: Failed to build bowtie2: command execution failed
 Error: See
 /opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_macports_release_tarballs_ports_science_bowtie2/bowtie2/main.log
 for details.
