 OK. Those flags are already in the PG:
 {{{
             configure.objcxxflags-delete -D_GLIBCXX_USE_CXX11_ABI=0
             configure.objcxxflags-append -D_GLIBCXX_USE_CXX11_ABI=0
 }}}
 so now I'm a touch confused. Why weren't they used?
