Comment:

 This is more a "can't fix" than a "won't fix": the problem with using an
 old version of the ports tree is that you get old bugs. So we really can't
 provide support for using anything other than the latest version.

 You'll either have to find a different commit that works for librsvg, or
 manually fix the patch that isn't able to apply.
