 nextcloud-client: new port, version 2.5.1

 Turns out it's actually compatible with OpenSSL 1.0.2

 Closes https://trac.macports.org/ticket/57115

 Some notes:

 * I call it nextcloud-client instead of nextcloud-desktop as that's how
   most Linux distros call it. BTW, nextcloud-client is its former name.
 * The login window should be resized to display correctly
