 If zmq and zmq-devel require C++11, then why not just include the c++11 PG
 for those ports, no matter the compiler (not just clang)? Sure modern
 clang might work with it properly (because it supports c++11), but why not
 be explicit in compiler selection, to make sure the compiler is
 compatible?
