 Hi,

 I have created a new Portfile for the netgen program
 (http://opencircuitdesign.com/netgen/)) that is part of the Open Circuit
 Design tools. This is different than the math/netgen package that is
 already present, so I named the package science/netgen-lvs. This is a tool
 to accompany the science/magic and science/ngspice.

 This was tested only on Sierra, not High Sierra.
