 Kealib hasn't worked in over a year for me, and I have old kealib tickets
 that are still open. I was thinking it might make sense to include kea in
 the driver configures for gdal. Kealib is an important dependency for many
 other packages including rsgislib and py6S, and a great file format for
 gdal and QGIS. I would be grateful if I could get this port back.
