 Looks like `jws` has
 [https://github.com/certbot/certbot/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md#changed moved
 from py-acme to py-josepy]. If I forcibly deactivate py27-acme @0.20.0,
 then of course I can activate py27-josepy @1.0.1, and I can also upgrade
 py27-acme to @0.21.0. So py-josepy needs to use the
 [wiki:PortfileRecipes#deactivatehack deactivate hack] to deactivate
 py27-acme < 0.21.0 before activating.
