 Oracle does not allow us to redistribute the Oracle Instant Client files,
 nor do they allow anyone to download them without first agreeing to their
 license agreement. You must download the files manually from the
 [http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/database/features/instant-client/
 Oracle Instant Client] web site and place them in
 /opt/local/var/macports/distfiles/oracle-instantclient.

 The port used to detect this situation and inform you of this, but it
 seems that this no longer happens. I'll see if I can fix it.
