 Python 2.6 is unsupported and no longer included in recent macOS versions.
 So it would be ideal to no longer have `port select` list this as an
 option at least for e.g. 10.13. However, I'm not sure how long Python 2.6
 has not been included--is there a list somewhere with which Python
 versions appear in each macOS release (at least after 10.8)?
