 Sorry, the HTML file is now in attachments. I've tried to go to the
 master_site (http://www.pdflib.com/binaries/PDFlib/[string map {"." ""}
 [strsed ${version} s/\[^0-9.\].*$//]]/) in order to download directly the
 necessary binaries but they are not available either:

 "The unexpected happened: the page you requested does not seem to be
 available any more or has moved to a different place. Please use the
 navigation or search function to find the information you were looking
 for."

 I'm not an expert so I might be misunderstanding things, but how/where can
 I get these files? In the main pdflib page there are many packages that
 one can download and I don't know which of them will enable the subsequent
 grace installation..
