 Well this is completely separate to the problem with pdflib now. You seem
 to have a registry database that was created by a newer version of
 MacPorts than you are currently running. You could try installing the
 current MacPorts .pkg to ensure you are updated to the latest version?

 This ticket is not the appropriate place to discuss this new problem, so
 please write to the macports-users mailing list if you need further
 assistance, or ask on our IRC channel. If there is a bug in MacPorts base
 causing this, it should be reported in a new ticket.
