 Thanks for the quick feedback.

 But I am not sure that the other ports are a problem.

 The following ports install just fine without showing any broken ports as
 long as paq8 is not installed:

  p7zip @16.02
  par2 @0.4
  flac @1.3.2

 I do not know why this is the case.  very strange.
