 the patch is only for the latest version and not pinned version for the
 py36/py33 subports. I think these obsolete subports should be removed, but
 doing so would require removal of others in the dependency tree... For
 now, just only apply the patch when appropriate
 (https://github.com/macports/macports-ports/pull/2256)
