New description:

 A few days ago a new version of root6 must have been deployed. When I give
 my
 {{{
 port -u -c upgrade outdated
 }}}
 Macports downloads it and tries to compile it, but it fails during the
 'Building' phase.

 Inspecting the log file (attached), it seems that the file <string_view>
 is not found during compilation.
