 CI didn't test subports for the changes introduces in
 https://github.com/macports/macports-ports/pull/1936, and the new patch
 for emacs-app failed to apply. https://github.com/macports/macports-
 ports/pull/1948 should fix it.

 This PR also moves the x11 variant to go under the emacs and emacs-devel
 ports.
