 In trying to do `port upgrade outdated` and consequently `port rev-
 upgrade`, the port `qbs` failed to build. I originally encountered an
 error when trying to update `py35-pyqt5` and `py36-pyqt5` (see #56601).
 Not sure it's related, but while trying to build `py3X-pyqt5`, it always
 listed `qbs` as another "broken" binary.

 I've attached the log.
