 When upgrading to texlive 2018, I get:

 /opt/local/share/texmf-texlive/doc/latex/leipzig/leipzig.pdf is being used
 by the active texlive-humanities port.  Please deactivate this port first,

 The problem vanishes when first manually upgrading texlive-humanities, so
 the file probably moved from one to the other port. You should apply the
 deactivate hack: wiki:PortfileRecipes#deactivatehack.
