 https://api.textmate.org/downloads/release?os=10.8 that redirects to
 https://github.com/textmate/textmate/releases/download/v2.0-rc.4/TextMate_2.0-rc.4.tbz,
 but for recent macOS versions e.g.
 https://api.textmate.org/downloads/release?os=10.11, it redirects to
 https://github.com/textmate/textmate/releases/download/v2.0-rc.10/TextMate_2.0-rc.10.tbz.
