 After upgrade to 2.5.2 i found the oracle-instantclient broken with
 similar symptoms as in ticket #56554.

 the binaries for the oracle-instantclient had been manually downloaded
 from download.oracle.com and placed into ${distpath}

 port -d rev-upgrade
