 http://macromates.com/download now says "TextMate 2.0 beta 10". I assumed
 that's beta 10.

 Nonetheless, TextMate now prompts users to update, so I think we should
 ship rc10. I has a couple of quirks that need patching, though, such as
 references to the Developer's home directory in its build files.
