 Since upgrading from MacPorts 2.4.4 to 2.5.2 I occasionally get the
 following error on Mac OS X 10.4.11 (ppc7450) when trying to upgrade a
 port:

 Error: process_cmd failed: sqlite error: near "COLLATE": syntax error (1)
 while executing query: SELECT id FROM registry.files WHERE (actual_path =
 ? COLLATE NOCASE) AND active
 }}}

 I couldn't yet figure out when exactly this error occurs.

 Seems to be related to #56620
