 The file is there:

 $ locate qaxobject.h
 /opt/local/libexec/qt4/include/Qt/qaxobject.h
 /opt/local/libexec/qt4/share/doc/html/qaxobject.html
 }}}
 but your build is not finding it, for some reason...
