 Attached is a diff for the Portfile to update py-virtualenvwrapper to
 version 4.8.2.  py27-virtualenvwrapper and py36-virtualenvwrapper build
 and install without incident.

 py-virtualenvwrapper comes with an extensive set of tests that I do not
 understand how to run.  It would be prudent if someone more knowledgeable
 could take a look at running the tests.
