Comment:

 I don't have a good explanation for you as to why MacPorts thinks it has
 fetched the PyQt5_gpl-5.10.tar.gz file, but in fact has not. The solution
 is to `sudo port clean py36-pyqt5` and try again.

 We're not mirroring distfiles automatically right now; see #53349. I've
 manually mirrored this file now. It should show up publicly within an
 hour. Try again then.
