 Although upstream haven't done any 'releases' for a couple of years,
 they've still been tagging their progress.

 I've opened an issue to ask them if they consider tags to be the same as
 releases, in which case 0.11 would be an update of ~400 commits or 3 years
 worth of improvements over the current version.
