 I installed py27-pip, and then ran `pip install` on a package I care
 about. This put binaries for that package into

 /opt/local/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.7/bin

 but at no point did py27-pip try to add this to my PATH, that I can tell.
 Can it?
