 Off-topic, but here's the error from attempts to fetch `audacity-devel`
 from git:
 ```
 fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/audacity/audacity.git/':
 error:1407742E:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:tlsv1 alert protocol
 version
 ```
 I suggest to switch remove the fetching from git. You can still turn it on
 locally with a single line when you want to experiment.
